Read and sign the agreement below to join our trusted supplier network and start receiving qualified buyer introductions from our community.
Terms and Conditions
Parties: Central European Services Kft, Hungary, HU25051577 (“GSM Brokers” or “GSM”) and the Supplier (“You”)
1. Partnership Scope: You agree to join GSM as a verified supplier. We will connect you with qualified buyers from our private network. All sales resulting from GSM-referred buyers will be subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Commission Structure
There is no setup or monthly fee to be a GSM Partner.
GSM earns a fixed commission of €5 per device sold to GSM-referred buyers.
For high-volume buyers, the commission may be reduced to €3 per device, subject to prior agreement.
3. Invoicing Requirements
Every invoice issued to a GSM-referred buyer must include the following service line:

1 – GSM-MEMBER – €0.00

This item confirms the buyer’s eligibility for GSM’s Free RMA service and is required for commission tracking.

Please ensure this appears as a separate item line on every invoice sent to GSM buyers.
4. Sales Tracking To ensure accurate sales tracking and commission reporting, Each invoice sent to a GSM-referred buyer must also be forwarded to GSM via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. • Email: info@gsmbrokers.com • WhatsApp: +39 320 764 2470
5. RMA and Return Labels
GSM offers GSM buyers one free return shipping label per order.
This label is funded by GSM if the RMA request rate is under 25% (1 return for every 4 orders).
If a client exceeds this ratio, GSM will still provide the label, but the cost will be charged to the supplier at an average rate of €13 per additional label.
6. Communication & Transparency
GSM will always introduce buyers explicitly as part of the GSM network.
You are expected to treat these buyers professionally and respect the partnership framework.
Suppliers agree not to bypass GSM or engage in direct, commission-free sales to GSM-referred buyers without GSM’s written consent. Any such activity will be considered a breach of this agreement.
7. Ongoing Commissions
If the supplier leaves GSM or terminates the relationship, commissions remain payable on all previously introduced buyers for as long as those buyers continue to purchase.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
All unpaid commissions for sales made before termination must be paid within 14 days.
GSM’s right to future commissions from previously introduced buyers remains enforceable, as outlined in Section 7.
9. Legal Terms
This agreement is governed by the laws of Hungary.
Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Budapest.

By signing below, you agree to the terms above and confirm you are authorized to represent your company in this agreement
